Meet Dr. Gay

Dr. Derrick Gay is a globally recognized Intercultural Strategist, dedicated to fostering cultures of dignity and respect. With multifaceted expertise as an international speaker, author, researcher, educator, and university lecturer, Dr. Gay empowers individuals and organizations to deepen well-being and empathy by cultivating shared language, raising awareness, and fostering personal behaviors and organizational practices and policies that deepen cultures of dignity and respect.

With over 28 years of experience, Dr Gay has led efforts in more than 50 countries and 800 organizations around the world, and has delivered keynotes at major international education organizations including EARCOS, NESA, AMISA, CASE, Montessori, and Sesame Street.
